Sustainability of System - A self reflexive

                      Over a period of experience and having worked with various mindsets ,  I wonder how people at work-place act, respond and react. Majority people play the game with their own rules and for selfish gains.  I wonder how easily one can miss the focus and detract from the basics.The sweet talk , smile are never the same when it comes to the real action. Many have very petty sense of understanding of how the system runs and sustains. For temporary gains, to get the things done in one's favour they never speak the truth, never condemn the false.The people with LOT ( Lower Order Thinking ) are very much pleased by the sugar coated words that comfort them for a while but fail to comprehend that those selfish motives dig a pit behind them. I wonder how those people always seek shortcuts, back doors and avoid the straight path.  It is funny how people without serious or purposeful tasks attribute high opinion of themselves and at the same time  how they spoil the sys
