Sustainability of System - A self reflexive

Over a period of experience and having worked with various mindsets ,  I wonder how people at work-place act, respond and react. Majority people play the game with their own rules and for selfish gains.  I wonder how easily one can miss the focus and detract from the basics. The sweet talk , smile are never the same when it comes to the real action. Many have very petty sense of understanding of how the system runs and sustains. For temporary gains, to get the things done in one's favour they never speak the truth, never condemn the false. The people with LOT ( Lower Order Thinking ) are very much pleased by the sugar coated words that comfort them for a while but fail to comprehend that those selfish motives dig a pit behind them. I wonder how those people always seek shortcuts, back doors and avoid the straight path.  It is funny how people without serious or purposeful tasks attribute high opinion of themselves and at the same time  how they spoil the system. They never and never understand how the system runs, what is the crux of the helm of affairs, what is the in-thing...etc. People lacking broader vision never take up the purposeful and challenging tasks in their lives. They see only a short distance and fail to catch up with the essence. They just try to please the psycho pants around them . They are always biased and spoil the system with undue favours to their drum beaters. On the other hand, one becomes enemy if failed to speak what others expect from him or her. It is funny to see how people are  so inconsistent in their opinions, behviour, responses and finally in keeping relationship. For one petty selfish gain, people are so ruthless to sack the built up trust, friendship, relation and whatever it may be. I wonder how people are so prejudiced in owning and disowning the opinions, switch their perspectives. It is disgusting how people forget the 99 times of favour and abuse others at one failure. I wonder how quick they were once in seeking favour and how quicker in forgetting the same. It is true that one should go on  working without expecting anything in return. But is it possible to ignore the system, if you have vision, fore thoughts, proper plan of action? How log can one wear a mask , ignoring the damage? How long people can just rely on temporary gains? After at least a thousand dawns, a new day opens their eyes that long lasting values, standards, relations and work ethics are most important than their  selfish motives.  'Let truth prevail '. Hope,  an optimist is never a loser.
